Celtic - 7th June 2002
Celtic was one of a litter of eight and we first saw him at three weeks
old. He was a real chunky pup when we picked him up at almost nine weeks
old. He has grown into a very handsome, loving and gentle dog.
Celtic’s temperament and personality are wonderful. He has the most
gorgeous way of talking to you first thing every morning in his Chewbacca impression.
At seven years old, Celtic is a real noble dog, although when growing up the
same could not be said!!
When sleeping Celtic can often be heard snoring and often has dreams of
digging holes – how do I know this is what he is dreaming, because he is
digging the floor in his sleep!
Celtic adores water - lakes, rivers, sea, hoses, rain, he isn’t bothered as
long as he can get wet! His second passion is going for a ride in the car.
I showed Celtic slightly in the UK, but he didn’t enjoy it, so we
concentrated on water rescue, which he loves. He loves being in the water
or being in the boat – I think in another life he was Captain of a ship!!
Celtic is happiest when he is with Iceni and the family.
